With the increasing economical development and as the European integration becomes more and more
a certainty, Romania can only line up to the European conduct standards, including in what concerns mentality.
There are rules that are as strict as they are flexible, meaning that the center of all concerns-from the
lowest to the highest level-is always the man, the European citizen, together with his freedoms, rights and
needs.
Having such an European mentality as well as a profound understanding of the Romanian reality (gathered in 10
years of experience in the Romanian working field), the head manager of the company takes up a new challenge:
to try to solve, in an European way that is adapted to the Romanian socio-professional needs, a problem as
stringent as it is present: recruiting and placing manpower.
To be European means to be a free man. To be a
free man means to be respected. But to be respected implies to respect. In other words, give respect and you
will have respect, you will be a free man, a man that will have the right to choose freely. But in order to
have where to choose from, you must have options. Which means you must have offers.
An offer is, basically, a challenge: an European mentality adapted to the Romanian society’s needs, a solid
experience gathered in the Romanian working field and a high moral and professional conduct, all this in the
purpose of reaching a higher goal: a professional way of recruiting, testing and placing manpower complying
with the highest standards in the domain.
And because this challenge had to have a name it was called Tempo Job International.
Why Tempo Job International?
“Tempo” because we have in mind to establish in the Romania working field concepts such as: “temporary working
agent”, “personnel leasing”, “temporary employment”, “temporary employee”, concepts that are as recognized in
the European Union as they are insufficiently promoted in the Romanian business community and consequently
insufficiently assimilated by those in search of a job.
“Job” because it is a company that has as main activity object recruitment and placement of manpower as well
as personnel leasing, all this serving one objective only: “providing a qualified assistance in searching and
finding a job and also achieving a profitable investment in what concerns personnel for all of those who
request our services.
“International” because, in accordance with article 6 of law no. 156/2000 regarding the protection of Romanian
citizens working abroad, the company will also engage in mediating the employment of Romanian citizens living
in Romania who wish to work abroad.
