In order to publish one or more advertisements you should create an account and choose a subscription type offered by Tempo Job International. You will be contacted as soon as possible in order to set the method of payment for the subscription. 2. How do I pay? Following your order registration, a fiscal invoice /receipt will be issued that you will receive as soon as possible. This invoice contains all data for the identification of our company that you will need for the payment. Based on this invoice, you will be able to make the payment in 3 working days at the most, from the date of issuing the invoice. We kindly ask you to send us afterwards the confirmation of the payment either by fax, number: 311.66.97, or e-mail, at our address: tempo@clicknet.ro. Following the payment validation, your subscription will be confirmed. 3. How will the applicants find out about my advertisement? All applicants will be able to find out about your advertisement either by accessing the site, selecting the desired activity object where your advertisement is registered, or receiving by e-mail the respective advertisement when the job advertised by you is recommended by the user of the site. 4. How can I contact the persons that applied to the advertisement? You have the possibility of contacting by phone or e-mail the potential candidates, using the details in the applicants’ resumes. TO THE ATTENTION OF THE CANDIDATES 1. Why should I use the services of "Tempo Job International" for finding a job? As long as there is interest, there is motivation. Our motivation is represented exactly by completing your interest that is finding a job for you. The activity of looking for and finding a job entails financial costs not to be neglected and its results do not, most of the time, meet your expectations, let alone the related stress and the waste of time. By means of this site, "Tempo Job international" gives you the possibility to apply FOR FREE to the employers’ advertisements. 2. How can I find on the site the advertisement that fits me the best? We invite you to press the button "Job offers " and choose one of the presented options that fit your interest. 3. How can I apply for a job? You can apply without having an account created. In order for your resume to get to your employer, you have two options: a) to fill in an application form on-line; b) to send your resume in word format at the employer’s e-mail address. 4. Should I fill in all fields when I apply to an advertisement? You do not have to fill in all fields when you wish to apply on-line to an advertisement that you are interested in but filling in only the fields marked with red asterisk is enough. Your application will be validated and accepted under these conditions only. *** ONLY SELECTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED *** How can I send you questions, suggestions or complaints? We eagerly wait for your questions, suggestions and complaints in particular, out of our declared wish to be as prompt as possible in solving the problems occurred. An alternative for you is to directly contact our specialised counsellors and conclude a Mediation contract. If you are looking for a job, we present you the job offers corresponding to your professional training and undertake all the necessary measures in order to conclude the individual employment agreement while giving specialised assistance and consultancy when negotiating with the employer.
